Requests
for returns must be made within 7 days receipt of order shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ATTENTION APO/FPO CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that Blackwater
cannot track your shipment or guarantee delivery of your purchase
once your items are enroute overseas.
There is sales tax charged on all North Carolina, Illinois, and California orders. The Pro
Shop must have a valid tax exempt form on file before you will
be considered for tax exempt status.
All orders must be paid for by either a Visa or Master Card credit
card. Sorry, no checks accepted. All U.S. (CONUS) orders are shipped by
FEDEX. All shipments to APO or FPO (includes Alaska and Hawaii)
will be shipped by FEDEX.
Because of an extremely high demand for Blackwater merchandise
we are working hard to process and ship your orders in a timely
manner. We request that you please allow at least 7-10 business
days before inquiring about the status of your order, as orders
typically ship within 3-5 business days. |

At Blackwater Pro Shop earning and keeping your trust is the standard
for everything we do. Because of this commitment, we never sell,
rent or trade e-mail addresses with any other company.
Your information is used to process and deliver your order to
the address you request. Your payment information allows us to
bill your credit card company. If we have any questions regarding
your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Occasionally we send out emails announcing new items and specials.
If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the opportunity
to "SafeUnsubscribe" within the first email. |
